Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive sales growth, manage teams, and strengthen our presence in Pune-West Region. The role involves handling multiple retail outlets, expanding market reach, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, ensuring consistent growth in revenue.
2. Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales objectives.
- Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews to enhance productivity.
3. Market Expansion & Customer Relations
- Identify new market opportunities and strengthen relationships with key retailers and clients.
- Address customer feedback and ensure superior service levels.
4. Operational Excellence
- Ensure adherence to company policies and operational standards across all outlets, LFS , Traders and distributors
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for product availability, merchandising, and promotions.
5. Travel
- Travel extensively within the assigned region to monitor performance and engage with partners.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales (fashion, lifestyle, or retail industry must).
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Local Languages.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Local candidate from Pune preferred.
