Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Target Achievement:Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:Identifying new potential customers through cold calling, field visits, networking, and direct sourcing.
  • Customer Relationship Management:Developing and nurturing relationships with clients to promote customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Leadership (For ASM/Manager level):Supervising sales staff, monitoring performance, and providing training.
  • Product Presentations:Demonstrating product features and benefits, tailored to the specific needs of the customer.
  • Documentation & Reporting:Preparing sales reports, managing CRM data, and processing sales contracts.
  • Market Analysis:Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market potentia
