Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager - PU Foam in Bengaluru. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and analyzing market trends to drive business growth. The role requires regular coordination with internal teams, meeting sales objectives, and overseeing the performance of sales operations in the assigned area.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to generate leads, close deals, and build customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in market analysis, strategic planning, and identifying business opportunities in the PU Foam industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.
  • Knowledge of the mattress or PU Foam industry is an advantage.
  • Proven experience working in sales roles, preferably in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Willingness to work on-site and travel as required.
