Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager, based in Pune and for Chandigarh locations. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and developing relationships with clients in the designated regions. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, providing product demonstrations, and generating reports. The role also requires effective collaboration with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years sales experience inselling capitalEquipment's ideally in process machinery manufacturer with strong direct business with successful history in sales.
  • Proven sales and business development skills with a strong ability to manage client relationships and achieve targets
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to engage with clients and collaborate with internal teams
  • Knowledge of laboratory equipment, process technology, or relevant industry experience
  • Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in relevant sales tools, CRM, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Willingness to travel domestically within the designated regions
  • Bachelor's degree in science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
