Area Sales Manager (Power Products)

1. Development & execution of annual sales growth plan

2. Achieve business volume / market penetration dealer wise

3. Enquiry management, track the progress of enquiries and support dealer team to close orders

4. Support to sales team in technical and commercial aspect

5. Working with plant and sales admin team to get the machine within committed time frame

6. PDCA on monthly activities dealer wise

7. Manage dealers and dealer sales team on daily activities, field visits

8. Timely Daily / Weekly / Monthly reporting to HQ

9. Making technical comparisons, market intelligence against competition

Qualification and Experience

Diploma/ B.Tech (Electrical/Mechanical Engineering)

5-9 Years of experience in Generator Industry
