- Minimum 5 years of overall experience in insurance sales

- Mandatory proficiency in Malayalam (spoken)

- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of field sales executives
- Drive team performance to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, training programs, and performance reviews
- Oversee field sales operations to ensure effective implementation of sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication
- Ensure strong market penetration and business development in the Thrissur region
