Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of overall experience in Insurance Sales.
- At least 2 years of experience in leading and managing field sales teams.
- Strong understanding of General Insurance products and sales processes.
- Experience in team handling, business development, and target achievement.
- Prior experience in agency, direct sales, or distribution channels will be preferred.
- Marathi (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of field sales executives/advisors.
- Drive team performance to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, training programs, and performance reviews.
- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure effective execution of sales strategies.
- Support team members in lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to market expansion in Solapur and nearby areas.
- Track team productivity and ensure adherence to company policies and compliance requirements.
- Prepare and share regular sales performance reports with management.
