Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Manage, train, and guide the service team within the assigned territory.
  2. Set and track service and sales targets for the team.
  3. Monitor performance and motivate the team to meet or exceed service goals.
  4. Build and sustain long-term customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of experience in distribution sales, particularly in EDC, fintech, banking, or insurance.
  2. Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on customer engagement.
  3. Ability to handle and report on team performance.
  4. Knowledge of Excel is a plus.
