We are looking for a driven and proactive Area Sales Manager to help grow OTTO's adoption among healthcare providers. You will be responsible for reaching out to clinics, hospitals, and individual practitioners, conducting product demos, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct product demos for doctors, clinics, and healthcare organisations
- Generate and qualify leads through research and outreach
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Perform regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients
- Understand customer needs and position OTTO as a solution
- Collaborate with product and tech teams to relay customer feedback
- Assist in business development initiatives and partnerships
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain technical products in a simple way
- Self-driven and comfortable with targets
- Optional: Prior experience in sales, healthcare, or SaaS is a plus
- Optional: Basic understanding of healthcare workflows is preferred
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment
Salary range - 30K - 60K INR
