Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Area Sales Manager overseeing the North-East India. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and fostering client relationships, managing customer accounts, and identifying new business opportunities in the region. Key tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves a combination of strategic planning, client engagement, and reporting.

Qualifications

  • 3Yr-5Yr Experience in sales management, client relationship building, and account management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
  • Knowledge of industrial equipment or engineering products is a plus
  • Understanding of the North-East market dynamics in India
  • Ability to work independently and manage remote responsibilities effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Willingness to travel across the region for business needs
