Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Area Sales Manager to join our Genetic team in an on-site, full-time position based in and around Tirunelveli. The responsibilities include achieving sales targets, developing and managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing effective sales strategies. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to address customer needs, conducting market research to analyze trends, and preparing relevant sales reports.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Client Acquisition, and Account Management
  • Strong knowledge of Market Analysis and Business Development strategies
  • Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Team Collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and deliver results
  • Understanding of diagnostic services or healthcare industry (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in using CRM and sales reporting tools
  • Adaptability to work in an on-site environment
