Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager – Diagnostics to drive revenue growth and expand market presence in South Delhi. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the diagnostics industry, with the ability to build lasting relationships with healthcare providers and identify new business opportunities. This role requires a strategic thinker who can execute sales plans, manage key accounts, and consistently achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet and exceed business targets.
  • Drive sales of diagnostic services and solutions across South Delhi.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, nursing homes, diagnostic centers, and physicians.
  • Manage and grow key accounts while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and technical teams) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the diagnostics, healthcare, or medical devices industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of diagnostic tests, laboratory services, and/or medical devices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship management abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive results.
  • Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
