Job description:
We are looking for Marketing & Sales Manager specifically in FMCG Industry, Food & Packaging.
Location: Noida
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote products. Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior and market trends.
- Collaborate with the vendors in stores and maintain good relations.
- Discuss about our product range (paper products) and quality with retail shopkeepers and owners and close the deal.
- Ensure that the payment from different retailers are paying on time and visit to collect payment whenever required.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales & marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Must have a complete knowledge about the region like NCR and nearby locations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
