Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Salem for an experienced Area Sales Manager. In this role, you will oversee and manage sales operations, develop and implement sales strategies, and build strong client relationships. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, leading and motivating a sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction with Namma Office's services. The role requires a proactive approach to market trends and competitor analysis to ensure consistent growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales skills, including generating leads, closing deals, and achieving sales targets
  • Experience in business development, client relationship management, and market analysis
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Team leadership abilities and experience in managing and motivating sales teams
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
  • Knowledge of the co-working or workspace industry (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Flexibility to work on-site and travel within the area when needed
