Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager to drive Mutual Fund business through PSU Bank partnerships while managing a sales team and expanding distribution via MFDs / IFAs. The role requires strong coordination with bank branches, relationship teams, and internal stakeholders to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and lead a team of Sales / Relationship Managers in the assigned area
• Drive Mutual Fund sales through PSU Bank branches and MFD / IFA channels
• Build and strengthen relationships with PSU Bank officials and branch staff
• Ensure effective engagement, training, and activation of bank channels
• Support the team through joint calls, branch visits, and distributor meetings
• Monitor team performance, productivity, and target achievement
• Plan and execute local sales activities, bank campaigns, and distributor meets
• Track market trends and competitor activity

Candidate Profile

• 3+ years of experience in Mutual Fund / Asset Management sales
• Proven experience in handling PSU Bank channel
• Strong team handling and leadership capabilities
• Good understanding of bank-led Mutual Fund distribution
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Target-oriented and field-focused
