Conduct market surveys, competitor analysis & pricing studies.
Manage primary & secondary sales reporting.
Ensure visibility, branding & POS execution in the market.
Organize product demos, promotional activities & sampling drives.
Candidate Requirements
37 years of FMCG field sales experience (preferably food, sauces, masalas, pastes).
Strong network of distributors & retail connections in the region.
Leadership skills & ability to manage a field team.
Knowledge of Saurashtra & Kutch geography & market behavior.
Own two-wheeler and smartphone mandatory.
