Job Description:
- Sales Target Achievement:
Drive overall and region-specific sales targets for MEP solutions. Ensure consistent revenue growth and market penetration.
- Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Identify and onboard new corporate customers. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Presentations & Revenue Generation:
Conduct impactful software demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients. Convert leads into sales and meet defined revenue goals.
- Sales Forecasting & Funnel Management:
Develop accurate sales forecasts and manage the sales pipeline effectively. Provide timely updates and insights to business leadership.
- Strategic Planning & Execution:
Formulate and implement segment-wise business strategies. Execute sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
Organize and participate in segment-specific promotional events such as roadshows, seminars, and industry expos. Travel extensively across regions to promote Trimble MEP products and services.
Measures of Success
- Achievement of Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed assigned overall and region-wise sales goals.
- Year-on-Year Growth: Demonstrate measurable growth in revenue and market share within the assigned territory and segment.
- New Account Acquisition: Successfully onboard new customers and generate revenue from newly acquired accounts.
- Sales Funnel Development: Build and sustain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring continuous sales momentum and future growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil), Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in sales, in the MEP - BIM solutions (Must have)
- Proven experience in selling technical applications such as 3D BIM with experience in selling AEC, Civil, or Structural software solutions is a strong advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing customer relationships.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel extensively across India.
- Proficiency in Sales Force, CRM tools and sales analytics.
