Role Description

This full-time, on-site Area Sales Manager role is based in Okhla, New Delhi. Responsibilities include developing strategies to drive sales and meet revenue targets within the assigned territory. The Area Sales Manager will be tasked with building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders. Day-to-day duties involve identifying new business opportunities, managing customer accounts, conducting market research, devising pricing strategies, and preparing sales forecasts. Collaboration with internal teams to maintain product excellence and address client-specific requirements is key.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Marketing Skills: Proven track record in sales, strategic marketing, and customer relationship management.
  • Communication and Negotiation Skills: Exceptional written, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation abilities to engage clients effectively.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong proficiency in market analysis, sales forecasting, and ability to identify business growth opportunities.
  • Medical Device Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with medical processes and products, especially in Cardiovascular Surgery, Critical Care, or related fields, preferred.
  • Leadership and Team Collaboration: Skills in leading sales teams, mentoring team members, and coordinating with internal departments to achieve sales goals.
  • Other Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus); prior experience in medical device sales is highly advantageous.
