Job Description
Key Responsibilities (KRAs) :-
Manage and oversee multiple retail stores within the assigned area
Regularly visit stores to monitor performance and operations
Drive and ensure achievement of sales targets
Lead, guide, and motivate store teams to improve performance
Ensure proper stock availability, VM standards, and customer experience
Identify gaps and take quick action to improve store performance
Maintain and share regular reports on sales and store performance
Coordinate with HO and internal teams for smooth functioning
Requirements
Required Skills & Competencies:-
Strong leadership and team management skills
Target-driven mindset with focus on achieving numbers
Good understanding of retail operations (preferably men's apparel)
Ability to handle multiple stores efficiently
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Eligibility Criteria:-
Minimum 3 years of experience as an ASM (mandatory)
Experience in men's garment / apparel retail preferred
Age should be within 40 years
Willing to travel frequently for store visits
