Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager to join our B2B sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the franchise sales across multiple regions in India, identifying new business opportunities, and establishing long-term partnerships with potential franchisees to expand Makoons presence in the preschool industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities for Makoons franchises across various regions in India
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential franchisees, ensuring they understand the benefits of partnering with Makoons
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and negotiation to closing deals
  • Conduct market research to understand local demands and regional growth opportunities
  • Coordinate with the franchise support team to ensure smooth onboarding and launch of new franchise locations
  • Achieve sales targets and report on key performance metrics
  • Conduct presentations, meetings, and negotiations with prospective franchisees

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in the franchise or education industry (5+ years)
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently
  • Willingness to travel across assigned regions
