*Skills Required*:

1) Strong communication and negotiation skills

2) In-depth knowledge of sales processes and channel development

3) Familiarity with builders, contractors, and project-based sales

4) Working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel & Word)

5) Proficiency in quotation preparation and documentation

*Key Responsibilities*:

1. Generate inquiries through builders and ensure regular follow-up for order conversion Work with assigned customers to get product approvals and build long-term relationships

2. Visit construction/project sites regularly to build relationships and ensure proper coordination Prepare and submit quotations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery

3. Maintain comprehensive sales reports, including follow-ups, pending orders, and pipeline tracking Meet sales targets and contribute to the company's market growth in the assigned territory

4. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities Coordinate with the internal team for inventory, dispatch, and order processing
