Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead and drive sales growth for our LAP (Loan Against Property) products within the Vizag Home & SME market. This role involves managing a team, developing sales strategies, and achieving aggressive sales targets.
Job Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for LAP products in the Vizag H&S region.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives, ensuring their continuous development and optimal performance.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with potential clients and channel partners.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies and product offerings.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, preparing regular forecasts and detailed sales reports for management.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines related to loan origination and sales.
- Collaborate with credit, operations, and marketing teams to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage and resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
Job Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or managerial role within the financial services industry, specifically in LAP or mortgage products.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the Vizag H&S market and local customer demographics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Fluency in English and Telugu is essential.
