Job Description

  • Target Achievement: Aggressively drive LAP sales volume, ensuring monthly/quarterly targets for disbursals are achieved.
  • Channel Management: Develop and manage a network of DSAs, connector relationships, and Chartered Accountants (CAs) to generate leads.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to implement growth strategies, providing training and monitoring their performance.
  • Customer Retention: Build, enhance, and maintain strong relationships with customers to maximize repeat business and secure referrals.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies.
  • Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with Audit/RBI regulations, policies, and internal processes

Requirements

  • Experience: Generally 4 8 years of experience in Loan Against Property (LAP)
  • Education: Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline.
