Role & responsibilities
- Responsible for area productivity.
- Adherence to process, disbursement Collection etc.
- Should have potential to take the initiative in building a growing customer base.
- Responsible for recruitment of relationship managers for particular branches.
- Responsible for managing Profit and loss of a branch and ensuring profitability of strategic SBU.
Preferred candidate profile
- A graduate / P.G in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience LAP/Mortgage, preferably Prime LAP in DSA vertical.
- Must have team handling Experience
