Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for area productivity.
• Adherence to process, disbursement Collection etc.
• Should have potential to take the initiative in building a growing customer base.
• Responsible for recruitment of relationship managers for particular branches.
• Responsible for managing Profit and loss of a branch and ensuring profitability of strategic SBU.

Preferred candidate profile

• A graduate / P.G in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience LAP/Mortgage, preferably Prime LAP in DSA vertical.
• Must have team handling Experience
