Job Title: Area Sales Manager - LAP (Ahmedabad)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager for our Loan Against Property (LAP) division in Ahmedabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a team of sales professionals, driving business growth, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize LAP business growth in the Ahmedabad area
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including building relationships with key partners and stakeholders
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
  • Analyze sales data and prepare regular performance reports for senior management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve products, services, and customer experience
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge and sales skills
  • Resolve customer escalations and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Participate in industry events and networking activities to promote the company's LAP offerings

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the financial services or mortgage industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the LAP market and regulatory environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required
