What You'll Lead

• Execute a strong area sales strategy with clear, ambitious targets
• Expand Lafit's footprint through dealers, projects, and retail partnerships across Nagpur and Central India
• Build strong relationships with architects, consultants, developers, and retailers
• Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team
• Drive excellence in sales, collections, and channel performance
• Develop incentive structures and training programs to keep your team motivated
• Collaborate with marketing, R&D, production, and quality teams to deliver world-class lighting solutions

Who We're Looking For

• MBA in Sales & Marketing (Engineering background a plus)
• 5+ years of proven success in the lighting or electrical industry
• Strategic yet hands-on, with strong local market knowledge and channel development experience
• A persuasive communicator, negotiator, and closer
• A leader who inspires, not just manages, performance
