The ideal candidate will lead a team of Relationship managers- Home Loans.
ASM will be responsible to manage, develop and enhance deepening of the relationship with DSA and branch channels and need to source Home Loan cases through a team of RM's.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving team targets and sales volume.
- Ensuring Teams Productivity along with Location Productivity
- Responsible for Location NPS
- Managing HNI Clients and responsible for deepening of the relationship with them
- Responsible for cross sell of CASA and TPP.
- Engage with internal stakeholders such as Credit, Tech, Legal to get the case sanctioned and closed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduates with relevant work experience of 7-10 years
- Expertise in Assets products (Home loan/LAP/Mortgage/Working Capital etc)
- Ability to manage, motivate and lead team
- Should possess good communication, relationship building and interpersonal skills
