Field Marketing Executive – Business Development & Franchise Acquisition

Job Summary

Good Income is seeking energetic and result-oriented Field Marketing Executives to drive business expansion through customer acquisition, seller onboarding, and franchise development activities. The role requires extensive fieldwork, direct interaction with business owners, retailers, wholesalers, entrepreneurs, and potential franchise partners.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable traveling , conducting meetings, generating leads, and building strong business relationships. This position offers excellent growth opportunities for individuals passionate about sales, marketing, and business development.

Key Result Areas (KRA)

Business Development

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in assigned territories.
  • Meet business owners, retailers, wholesalers, and entrepreneurs.
  • Promote Good Income's business model and growth opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.

Franchise Acquisition

  • Identify potential franchise partners.
  • Conduct franchise presentations and business opportunity meetings.
  • Generate qualified franchise leads and maintain a strong pipeline.
  • Support franchise onboarding and documentation processes.

Market Development

  • Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis.
  • Identify high-potential markets and business clusters.
  • Build relationships with local business communities and associations.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain daily visit reports and activity trackers.
  • Submit weekly and monthly progress reports.
  • Update lead status and meeting outcomes regularly.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 0–5 years of experience in Field Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Franchise Development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (up to 200 KM daily).
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
  • Own two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
  • Graduate preferred; experienced candidates from any educational background may apply.
