Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Area Sales Manager to oversee and drive sales operations in the assigned region. Based on-site in Arakkonam, the Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales strategies, building strong partnerships with distributors and retailers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting business objectives. Key responsibilities include setting sales targets, monitoring performance, analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and implementing plans to expand the company's market reach.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in sales management, including experience in setting and achieving sales targets and strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, retailers, and team members.
  • Excellent analysis and reporting skills for evaluating market trends and preparing actionable business reports.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present products and solutions effectively to clients.
  • Ability to work independently, possess strong decision-making abilities, and manage time efficiently to achieve objectives.
  • A bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the kitchen appliances or consumer goods sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications is a plus.
