As an Area Sales Manager, you take charge of your region, ensuring Goodyear's Consumer Replacement Business continues to expand its footprint. You own your market, identify opportunities, and ensure Goodyear remains the brand of choice for dealers and consumers alike.
Responsibilities
- You'll lead sales operations for your assigned area, ensuring you achieve volume, revenue, and market share targets.
- You'll develop and manage a robust dealer and distributor network, building strong relationships and loyalty to the Goodyear brand.
- You'll drive demand generation through innovative trade marketing, consumer promotions, and localized campaigns.
- You'll monitor competitor activities, market dynamics, and customer insights to shape winning strategies.
- You'll ensure effective execution of pricing, distribution, and credit policies in line with company guidelines.
- You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations, timely product availability, and superior customer service.
- You'll track KPIs, analyze sales data, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
Experience
- You bring 6+ years of proven sales experience in FMCG, automotive, or consumer durables, with strong exposure to channel/distributor management.
- You bring strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- You bring analytical ability to interpret market data and translate it into business opportunities.
