Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team in Moradabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in field sales within the automobile spare parts industry, demonstrating strong sales strategies and exceptional client relationship skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee sales operations in the assigned area to meet sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and clients in the automobile spare parts sector.
- Identify new business opportunities and build a strong customer base.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and address customer concerns efficiently.
- Collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams to drive business growth.
- Provide sales forecasts and prepare reports on sales performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in field sales within the automobile spare parts industry.
- Strong knowledge of auto spare parts and the automobile industry.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with the Moradabad market and surrounding areas is a plus.
