Role Description

Indian Pharma Network is seeking an Area Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai and covering whole Maharastra state. . The Area Sales Manager will oversee regional sales operations, build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, identify new business opportunities, and ensure revenue growth. The role will include setting sales targets, developing strategies to achieve them, monitoring team performance, and providing necessary training and support.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and marketing skills, with experience in promoting products and developing strategic sales plans.
  • Team management and leadership abilities, including mentoring, coaching, and performance tracking of sales personnel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities to identify market opportunities and address challenges effectively.
  • Proficiency in using sales software or CRM systems and a good understanding of market trends in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, pharmacy, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage.
  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related healthcare industry is preferred.
