Job Description

  • Responsible for achieving sales targets through the development and implementation of sales strategies and programs
  • Identify key markets and channels, and devise business development strategies to drive growth
  • Manage and expand the sales network
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as integrators and corporate clients
  • Conduct sales training programs and provide support to the sales team to maximize their potential
  • Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and provide feedback on market competition
  • Mentor and coach sales representatives to enhance their performance and achieve revenue targets
  • Maintain customer contact lists, organize appointments, and deliver high-quality customer support
  • Proven track record in managing PL, strategic alliances, and channel management
  • Fluent in English and local language with strong negotiation and sales skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team, drive revenue growth, and build strong customer relationships
