Role Description

The Area Sales Manager will play a vital role in driving business growth and building strong customer relationships. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, identifying potential customers, generating leads, and closing sales to achieve regional targets. The role also involves managing client accounts, presenting technical product demonstrations, and gathering market intelligence to identify new opportunities. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation and account management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and pursue market opportunities
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales management software
  • Experience in the laser or manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic market conditions
