Role Overview:
Paisa Bazaar is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive the Home Loan (Prime Segment) business. The candidate will be responsible for managing field sales teams, driving high-value loan disbursements, and building strong channel partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Home Loan sales in the Prime segment with focus on high-value ticket size (15 Cr+).
- Manage and lead an on-roll field sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with connectors such as Agents, Builders, and Channel Partners.
- Ensure smooth end-to-end loan processing from login to disbursement.
- Monitor team performance and provide on-ground coaching and support.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and lender guidelines.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in the assigned area.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Home Loan Sales (Prime segment mandatory).
- Proven experience in handling high-ticket size cases (15 Cr+).
- Strong network of connectors (Agents / Builders / Brokers).
- Experience in managing on-roll field sales teams.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end loan disbursement process.
- Regional language proficiency is mandatory.
- Only candidates with Home Loan experience will be considered.
