As an Area Sales Manager HOM, you will be responsible for developing and managing the Agency Channel across multiple Lines of Business (GWP, Health, IPA, CL) while maintaining business hygiene and sustaining high-growth performance. This role requires a strong focus on recruitment, activation, engagement, and driving business performance in high-potential markets.

Required Qualifications & Skills
> Experience: Minimum 3-5+ years in sales, preferably in General Insurance or Financial Services.
> Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in Agency Channel and understanding of different LOBs (Health, IPA, CL) is an advantage.
> Sales & Leadership Skills: Strong business development, recruitment, and team management abilities.
> Communication: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (local) language preferred.
> Mobility: Willingness to travel within assigned locations to drive business growth.
