Company Description Headmasters Salon India is a premier spalon offering comprehensive hair, skin, body, hand, and feet services to a diverse clientele. The salon operates from a 17,000 sq. ft. facility with a team of around 150 well-trained professionals. Serving approximately 75,000 clients per year, Headmasters continues to expand its regional presence and service excellence.
Role Description The Area Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. This role is responsible for driving sales growth across designated salons or regions, ensuring revenue targets are met and customer experience standards are maintained. Day-to-day tasks include managing and mentoring local sales teams, monitoring performance metrics, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing promotional and sales strategies in alignment with brand guidelines. The Area Sales Manager will visit outlets regularly, build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, and collaborate with operations and marketing teams to support service packages and membership programs. The role also involves preparing sales forecasts and reports, analyzing market trends, and recommending improvements to increase profitability and market reach.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in regional or area sales management, preferably within retail, beauty, wellness, or hospitality.
  • Strong skills in sales planning, target setting, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop sales teams while fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and client service skills to maintain long-term partnerships and a loyal customer base.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, market insights, and customer feedback to guide decision-making.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills in English; additional local language proficiency is an advantage.
  • Comfort with on-site, field-based work, including frequent visits to salon locations within the assigned area.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent work experience in sales leadership will also be considered.
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
  • Prior experience in premium or high-volume service environments and knowledge of salon or spa operations is a plus.
