Job Responsibilities:
Distributor Management:
- Responsible for execution of orders placed by distributors and payments thereof
- Appointment of distributors, whether new or in replacement.
- Periodic checks on the business health of the distributor including investment monitoring.
- Assess and control distributors service level
- Controlling pipelines and closing stocks at distributive level.
Company:
- Drive volumes for all company Brands from an allocated area.
- Maximize availability of company brands in his area.
- Generate reports in the specified formats on a regular basis.
- Implement line plans & sales norms (distributor holding, coverage policy, and sales reports).
- Developing Market/Area development plans.
- Developing the capability of the Team.
- Recruitment of distributor salesmen and contractual salesmen (pilots).
Team Management:
- Monitor the performance of the teams of DSEs, SRDs and PSRs.
- Every member of the team fulfills his roles and responsibilities 100%.
- Communication (Simple, Regular & Effective).
Knowledge:
- Strong Communication Skills, Negotiation and Presentation Skills
- Sales Planning and Execution
- People Management – Stakeholder Networking
- Budgeting and Forecasting
Technical Skills :
MS Office, Commercials understanding
Experience:
- Minimum 4+ years of overall experience in Field sales (FMCG Setup).
