Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Thiruvananthapuram Taluk. The Area Sales Manager will be accountable for driving sales growth, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and creating plans to meet sales targets. The role also entails market analysis, team leadership, and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with proven experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to manage relationships with clients and partners, and work effectively with a sales team.
  • Market analysis and strategic planning capabilities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present information.
  • Knowledge of renewable energy products or a background in the renewable energy sector is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software is beneficial.
