Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth, expand market presence, and manage dealer/distributor networks in the TMT steel segment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
Appoint and manage dealers, distributors, and channel partners
Expand market reach and identify new business opportunities
Build strong relationships with contractors, builders, and key clients
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy credit control
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery
Conduct regular field visits and provide performance reports
