Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Navi Mumbai. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day sales activities, managing client accounts, and increasing market penetration. The role involves identifying potential customers, building and maintaining strong client relationships, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The individual will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales goals with business objectives and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Key Account Management
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability in Market Research, Territory Mapping, and Client Prospecting
  • Experience in Strategic Planning, Sales Operations, and Team Leadership
  • Proficiency with CRM Software and Microsoft Office tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or SaaS-based solutions is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting sales goals and deadlines
