Area Sales Manager (Factory Automation)

This is a full-time on-site role as an Area Sales Manager (Industrial automation and sensor solutions) at Panasonic Life solutions India Pvt Ltd. Head Office. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities within a designated area, building, and maintaining relationships with clients, developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and providing sales forecasts and reports.

• Sales Management: Lead the sales activities for industrial automation and sensor solutions, including product and solution sales, Managing Channel Partners within Punjab, Himachal & J&k regions.
• Product Expertise: Strong understanding of Motions Solutions, Motion Controller, Servo, PLC, sensors and safety sensors, IOTs.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional targets and drive business growth.
• Industry: Strong understanding of Machine Tool OEMs, Metal OEMs, Packaging OEMs, Pharma EU & respective applications.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, engineering, customer support) to ensure alignment and smooth execution of sales processes and client requirements.
• Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
