Job Role:
- Development of new Dealer/ Distributor Network /Increase Retail Outlet Coverage to obtain higher volumes of business.
- Sales forecast & team allocation according to market demand.
- Trade Analysis / Product Analysis / Expense Budgeting.
- Market research and give feedback to Management.
- Define Marketing Strategy as per product/market.
- Define Monthly/ Quarterly schemes for Retailers/Trade.
- Set targets to Regional salesManagers&Area sales Mangers and Retailers and make sureitsachieved.
- Plan & Execute ATL and BTL activities for marketing.
- Participate in exhibitions and trade shows for promotion of brand/product.
- Management of Regional salesManagers&Area sales Mangers / Executives.
- Give Training to teamand alsoMotivatethem.
- Responsible fortimelyPayment collection.
- Weekly review of sales team andback officeteam.
- Enforcing the company's policies and procedures.
- Travel acrosscountryto meet customers and buildrelationship.
- Attend customer complaints if any & resolveitto satisfycustomer.
Education, Experience and Skill sets:
- Graduate/MBA with Experience in Marketing min. 4yearswith exposureofSales & Marketing of Home furnishing fabrics in DTR.[Only from Home furnishingindustry]
- Good Knowledge of Furnishing market/outlets of all India.
- Conflict resolution and team-building skills.
- Strategic planning and decision-making capabilities
- Strong understanding of Retail Channel sales strategies and processes
Qualification: MBA- Marketing,B Com / Textile graduate
