Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for an Area Sales Manager located in Varanasi. The Area Sales Manager will develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets, manage distributor and dealer networks, and maintain strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and providing training and support to the sales team. The role also involves preparing sales forecasts, reports, and working collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Negotiation in the automotive or EV sector.
  • Strong understanding of Market Analysis, Customer Relationship Management, and Strategic Planning.
  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal Skills, and Leadership abilities to manage and motivate teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in Problem-Solving, Decision-Making, and Time Management to navigate complex sales challenges.
  • Knowledge or experience in the electric vehicle industry is a significant advantage.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned area to oversee sales and develop opportunities.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. A postgraduate degree would be a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and execute effectively within deadlines.
