Purpose of the Role
- To drive project sales business for CenturyPly products in the Pune region.
- To build strong relationships with key project stakeholders and ensure sustainable revenue growth.
- To increase brand presence and specification of CenturyPly products in projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project sales business across Pune and surrounding areas.
- Identify and track upcoming residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
- Build strong relationships with architects, consultants, builders, contractors, and project management firms.
- Achieve sales targets for project segment in line with company objectives.
- Ensure product specification and approval in major projects.
- Coordinate with channel partners and distributors for smooth execution of project orders.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the building materials segment.
- Prepare sales forecasts, project pipelines, and periodic MIS reports.
- Ensure timely collections and adherence to company credit policies.
- Work closely with marketing and technical teams for product promotion and site support.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate / MBA preferred.
- 7 10 years of experience in project sales within building material industries.
- Strong exposure to plywood, laminates, boards, or allied construction materials.
- Proven track record of handling large projects and achieving sales targets.
