Position: Area Manager: Marketing

 Locations: Delhi NCR, Mumbai

Experience: 2–5 years in B2B EdTech Sales (ERP preferred)

Qualification: Bachelor's degree mandatory, MBA preferred

What We're Looking For

We're hiring a results-driven dynamic Area Manager to grow our presence in key regions. The ideal candidate shall be responsible for expanding regional presence by driving brand visibility, generating qualified leads and building lasting trust with schools and key decision-makers.

Candidates with relevant EdTech sales experience will be highly considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales and client acquisition in your region
  • Pitch, demo and sell Edunext's school tech solutions to principals, trustees, directors and school owners
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
  • Conduct school visits, attend educational events/exhibitions representing Edunext 
  • Build long-term client relationships for upselling, referrals & renewals
  • Maintain sales records, reports, collection updates, invoices and CRM hygiene
  • Share competitor insights and market feedback with management

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of B2B sales in EdTech preferably school ERP/CRM
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
  • Self-starter with high ownership and discipline
  • Two/Four-wheeler with valid license (mandatory for field travel)
  • Fluent in English and preferably local language
