Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM) – Bicycle Sales

Hiring for Regions:
• Gujarat & Maharashtra
• Jharkhand, Bihar, West Bengal & Odisha
Experience Required: Minimum 4 years in bicycle sales or related
industry
Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA (Negotiable based on experience)
Job Type: Full-Time | Remote / Field Work

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and expand the dealer/distributor network for bicycles across the assigned
regions.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert them into long-term partnerships.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to suggest effective sales strategies.
• Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery and product availability.
• Provide regular feedback on market demand, customer preferences, and pricing trends.
Reporting To:
• AG
M – Sales
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of experience in bicycle sales or a related
industry.
• Strong network of bicycle dealers/distributors in the assigned regions is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and market visits.
