Job Description
Responsible for distribution and market development of LIXIL India products in Ludhiana territory.
Managing distributor operations, driving primary and secondary sales, and expanding market reach through strong channel engagement.
Key responsibilities include distributor handling, appointment and development of sub-dealers, generating secondary sales through end customers, and ensuring effective execution of company sales strategies.
Regular interaction with plumbers and influencers to drive plumber loyalty programs and strengthen brand presence in the market.
Monitoring primary sales from distributors, ensuring timely payment follow-ups, and implementing product schemes and promotional activities across the market to maximize sales growth and channel profitability.
