This role is focused on driving diagnostic product sales across assigned territories while building and nurturing strong relationships with key accounts and distribution partners.
You will play a critical role in expanding market presence through strategic engagement with channel partners and identifying new business opportunities.
The position requires close collaboration with distributors to ensure consistent revenue growth and effective execution of sales strategies.
You will be responsible for delivering product demonstrations, presentations, and tailored solutions that address customer needs and technical requirements.

Accountabilities
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue targets while managing associated expenses effectively.
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts and distribution partners, ensuring long-term collaboration and business continuity.
- Identify and drive new sales opportunities, including cross-sell, upsell, and repeat business within existing networks.
- Conduct product demonstrations, sales presentations, and business reviews with stakeholders and channel partners.
- Collaborate with distributors and internal teams to align customer needs with product and solution offerings.
- Maintain regular engagement with key stakeholders through structured meetings and on-field interactions to strengthen business relationships.
- Gather and communicate customer insights and market requirements to internal teams to support product and strategy development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science (B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Tech or related field); MBA will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in diagnostics or healthcare sales, preferably in channel/distributor management.
- Strong understanding of diagnostic products, market dynamics, and customer workflows.
- Proven ability to manage key accounts and achieve sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong business acumen, technical understanding, and customer-focused mindset.
