Area Sales Manager (Dermatology)

About us:

We're a fast-growing clinic-first dermatology & cosmeceutical company, expanding our footprint across key Indian markets. With strong early traction and increasing adoption by dermatologists, we're looking for Area Sales Managers in Bangalore and Hyderabad to scale our presence and drive growth in the regions.

1. Build and strengthen long-term relationships with dermatologists and key clinics across Bangalore/Hyderabad

2. Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets for dermatology-focused products

3. Execute field-level strategies to improve doctor engagement, repeat prescriptions, and brand recall

4. Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and onboard new clinics

5. Work closely with leadership to align market feedback with product and brand strategy

1. 210 years of experience in pharma / dermatology sales

2. Prior dermatology or aesthetic segment experience preferred

3. Strong network with dermatologists in Bangalore/Hyderabad is a plus

4. Result-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working in a high-growth environment
